MISSION STATEMENT AND GOALS
We the members of the Sunrise Usher Ministry of Cornerstone Missionary Baptist Church who
have accepted Christ as our Savior and His word for our guide and practice do agree that we will
obey His teachings and consent as one body to be governed by the church constitution and by- .
laws.
Section I
The name of the auxiliary shall be the Sunrise Usher Ministry of Cornerstone Missionary Baptist Church.
Section II
The regular meetings and training of the Sunrise Usher Ministry shall be held at the times, dates and days of each month listed on Meeting Page 4.
Section III
Special Meetings will be called when the President deems it necessary.
Section IV
A quorum shall consists·of ten members.
OBJECTIVES
The objective of the Sunrise Usher Ministry shall be to establish a systematic method of seating the congregation of our church and the promotion of mutual Christian and social fellowship of worshippers.
To promote one uniform system of church ushering and to transact such business as may come up before, during service and business meetings.
OFFICERS
President, Vice President, Secretary and Committee Chairpersons.
DUTIES OF OFFICERS
The President shall preside at all meetings.
The Vice-President presides over the meeting in the absence of the President.
The Secretary records the minute~ of the meetings and performs all duties required by the President.
